Design - From a simple planting plan to your dream landscape

I pride myself on getting to know what you want and what you need, then putting that together with my own ideas based on practical experience to create landscape solutions that will stand the test of time.

A typical landscape plan will take me from 6 to 20 hours to complete, depending on the level of detail necessary to quote and implement the plan.

I will also provide you an estimate to install the design provided, if that is necessary.

If you're a do-it-yourselfer, then I will give you the information you need, and the steps to be taken in the most efficient order, so that you can get the job done right the first time.

You will be amazed at the wealth of information that we will share with you over the course of a consultation, where we walk your landscape and I offer up solutions to match your aesthetic vision, budget and level of maintenance desired.

My goal is to enable you to learn from all the available choices what will work best for you! As a professional designer, it is my job to put myself in your shoes and provide choices that makes sense for you, as this is your landscape to live in after I am gone.

Construction - Install on small to medium-size landscape projects

I have spent the majority of my professional working life dedicated to designing, planning and organizing landscape installations with projects ranging from a few hundred dollars to a few hundred thousand. No matter what the size, however, design principles remain relatively similar and functionality and aesthetics need to be balanced accordingly.

I provide almost all the landscape construction services necessary to install and oversee a complete landscape installation – design, grading, drainage, paving stones, retaining walls, small water features, soil and sod, soil and plants, irrigation and lighting, light woodworking.

For those specialty items that I don't always do (decks, gazebos, some irrigation), I network with qualified professionals to make sure that you have the right person doing the right job.
